All returns, exchanges and Claims must be made within 15 days from the date of invoice; Returns received after the 15th day from the invoice date will be charged 30% invoice value for the restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 45 days.
1. All returned merchandise must be in its original package (dozens only)
2. No returns or exchanges are accepted on promotional items and special order
3. Returned shipping fee is not our responsibility.
4. In case collection is needed, all costs and attorney fees will be added to charge.
